Once your order is shipped out, the estimated delivery times are as follows:

DOMESTIC:
- First Class Mail: 3 - 7 business days (most states)
- Priority Mail: 2 - 4 business days (most states)

INTERNATIONAL:
- First Class International: 7 - 25 business days
- Priority Mail International: 7 - 14 business days

2. What Shipping Method Do You Use?

We use United States Postal Service (USPS) and UPS for all our shipments, both domestically and internationally.

3. Do You Pay for Customs Fees or Additional Fees in Other Countries When Shipping Internationally?

No, we do not cover any customs fees or additional charges that may apply when shipping internationally. Any customs fees, taxes, or duties imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

30-DAY RETURNS & EXCHANGES

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be unworn and unwashed without body odor or fragrance. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Please send it back to the address below and include a note with your order number and email address letting us know if it's a return or an exchange.

Please keep your tracking number. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. As long as it's unworn and free of odor, there should not be an issue.


If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days. It usually takes 3-5 business days to return to your card.

We will accept back any item that is within 30 days of purchase and has not been worn and is free of odor, hair, lint, etc. The item must be in new condition.
